    Gary, in my quest for a camera phone replacement, I was recommended an LG Beauty (the precursor of the Renoir).

    It has no lens cover - which would make it completely impractical for me . . . but I wondered too about the touch screen, whether it would change settings in my pocket. You mentioned your iPhone. Are you able to keep that to hand as a camera or do the settings change of their own accord if you aren't careful?
